The following public OVH document says that servers are connected by a 100mbps connection to a switch in each rack, which has 1gbps uplinks.

Multiple switches are connected to this distribution router with 1 gigabit, the distribution router itself is connected with 2 gigabit uplinks to the core: one active and one standby."
