Try changing the Subnet mask to 255.255.255.0

You didn't do # ipconfig /all. I ask you that because it shows the MAC address of the adapter, to check if you've set the MAC address for your VM correctly.

But, if you want the IPs to run in bridge mode, you need to create the Virtual MAc in the manager.

http://help.ovh.com/DedieMac

And assign the given Virtual MAC to your Virtual Machine.

without this, it won't work.

Did you create Virtual mac address from your panel and set it on your vps? How did you configure your network can you please give me a sceen shot of your network setting ?

Hello, ive been trying for days to get the ip failover to work on guest vps(Windows server 2008 r2 standard) machines running on paralells desktop. I cant get the ip failovers to work could someone please give me a helping hand.
