What type of bandwidth does Manager show?

Well, you could PM me the list, they wouldn't mind about that I already have 99% of it anyway, you can just base it on class Bs and if a few extra subnets get counted, isn't that much and unlikely to make any difference (the gaps are mostly small ISP or business).

Interesting, so that server is back from the time when 08 changed to 09 plans? I'd be semi interested, except that 2 EG Bestof only cost 140GBP and if you resell that for 120GBP inc vat, I may as well pay the slightly more to get 2x server with the same bw shared Ty anyway

You can get the IP ranges through a whois or RIPE: http://www.db.ripe.net/whois?form_ty...primary_key=ON

It's limited to 300 records though...

Oh wait, you're right. Sorry the internal bandwidth is below that but that's not counted with the tracker. Download *is* counted though but it isn't enforced.

Try this to count bandwidth:

iptables -t filter -A OUTPUT --destination "$ipRange"

Where $ipRange is filled with something like "127.0.0.1/8" but use OVH's IPs instead. I'd post the full range of IP ranges I have but I don't know whether OVH would actually want this!

Yeah -- not sure why this server is 20TB, it's probably because I pay 99 excl. VAT in between when the EG BestOf went from hardware raid to what they are now.

I could resell it to you if you wanted it

Where is the documentation for their API?

You can actually view internal vs external bandwidth and have been able to for a long time. All done via their API:

I think the average speed is measuring everything... This is what is confusing me.

Is there a way for me to measure how much OVH to OVH?

I'm pretty sure what the manager says as far as usage is concerned excludes OVH -> OVH.

I think the average speed thing includes all traffic on the port.

Looks like the BBQ didn't go so well

Anyhow, OVH to OVH is unmetered.

It says 4TB used this month. Does that mean 4TB including OVH to OVH?

How about "average speed"? What does "average speed" show? Does it include OVH to OVH?
