But if you're renewing your contract every time you pay then it is totally understandable.
You're right it is fraud in a way.
when I renewed my dedicated server I didn't need to accept the terms agian
so this is what I call fraud... (or something like that)

I think oles said some time ago that when you pay for your server, you renew your contract with OVH and are then subject to their new terms.
When the RPS 1 disk I/O was limited from 10MB/s to 1MB/s, only new customers were supposed to be affected, but when I renewed my RPS, I found my RPS was suddenly subject to the limits.
I'm guessing the same principle applies here?
Sounds to me like OVH forgot to grandfather the tariff for 2TB for old customers as per that date, hence are now overcharging them, I suggest you ask them for a refund on all the bandwidth you paid at the wrong price.
Could any OVH staff clarify whether I am paying the correct price for bandwidth?
As _Lemon_ had pointed out in that same topic (
http://forum.ovh.co.uk/showpost.php?...3&postcount=12), it does not seem that the previous pricing model was grandfathered. It contradicts what's been said several times actually (including
http://forum.ovh.co.uk/showthread.php?t=3683)...
then there is, I think, a bug.
Does someone have bugspray?
12 of the servers are the C-05G and 1 is EG BestOF 09, they are not the unmetered servers.
C-05G: 3 TB
EG BestOF 09: 10TB
I believe your servers are based with the old terms of service, which means unmetered!
*edit: or it is a program error...
How much should I be paying for 2TB extra bandwidth, in this
post mark states anyone purchasing servers before 27/01/2010 pays the old price of 2TB for £14.90.
I purchased 13 of my servers between the dates of 24/08/09 - 06/12/09 all clearly before 27/01/2010 but I am being charged £35.02 per 2TB.
