I'm checking your issue. If it's taken too long is because the ticket is not the way this sorted. It's an administrative issue, so refunds and cancellations are done in the support.

I'll get back to you shortly about it

5 Emails now saying Meryam J is taking this ticket and yet still no response on it.. Come on support. Its a pretty simple problem to sort out.. I paid for extra bandwidth and you never added it. The month ended and I got my new allowance so it was unlimited again, all I want is the money back for the traffic that never got added, how hard can that be

Such a simple problem, whats it gonna be like when I get a bigger one, I dread to think. The sooner I get my servers moved the better I think.

Neil please look into this ticket (458193) i'm getting fed up of silly replys to them.. I think its lost in translation. But its beyond a joke now, I aint happy about the way things have been going and this is just making it worse.. I pay English prices.. Get English limits.. I want English support from now on please
