[sarcasm]
well you are pirating a free magazine you know

so it is a significant loss in the magazine profits

please tell me that it would be a significant loss for OVH to have the PDF in a kimsufi with 1 gig unmetered BW

well you are right indeed

Linux is for example distrobuted by bittorrent (with 1000+ seeders)

BitTorrent is designed for distributing large files like this with little cost, no?

Use a torrent seedbox for the PDF? Oh wait, that's a whole new can of worms...

to big, to download (stupid excuse)

I think the reason behind it, is that its to big to open (Is it made with Adobe InDesign?)
but that is our problem, not OVH

Sorry, why is it not possible for a PDF verison?

Its just an idea, but I'm sure OVH can make it as a website so as to read it and translated into various languages then so it an online magazine? This would solve many issues for you regarding distribution and people getting it and being able to read it and even translate it into an unsupported language via babel fish or other means?

This should then hopefully satisfy everybody for getting access to it?

Its not like there a shortage of webspace or bandwidth or servers for them is it? I realise it would intially cost to sort this out, but in the long term it will work out cheaper and save money all round for them and everyone is happy.

Why can't you upload it?

OVH has a huge network, if we can't open it because its to big, it is our problem

not OVH!

pdf, pdf, pdf, pdf!

I'm sure you could make it a little smaller somehow.

We can't Google translate a physical magazine!

Shame about the fact there is no uk postage and there will be no pdf

I am sure you could make the pdf smaller by reducing the dpi of the pdf and ziping it afterwards

Well, format the PDF for Web viewing - not print Not so green otherwise, kind of defeats the purpose of the solar project and the water cooled servers, no?

Hello
We finished Ovh Mag. They would not exceed
200 pages, so we stopped on 196 pages. Tomorrow
printing beta will be launched Friday and normally
it is valid. Then the printing of 17,000 copies
will be launched for you to receive the end of
next week, early next ...

It's been seven months that our teams bossent on this project.
It was now working methods, but a hat
down to those who do it every day, week or month.

Still 10 days to have your feebacks ... it will be
hard to wait ... but since the PDF takes
just under 300MB, it is not possible to have in
electronic ...

This can now get on with the
normal life ...

Regards
Octave
