that's correct. The switch port is forced to 10Mbps, both ways and of course, it affects internal and external traffic.

I don't see any update on the ticket, so it must be sorted. Could close the ticket, please?

FYI, OVH DO limit bandwidth through port speed once the limit is exceeded.

I have issued a support ticket and it was in process, I was told to run mii-tool -r.

Done this but it throws this error:

mii-tool -r
restarting autonegotiation...
SIOCSMIIREG on eth0 failed: Operation not supported
SIOCSMIIREG on eth0 failed: Operation not supported

So i tried using ethtool:
I dont get any errors with ethtool but the server is still at 10mbit not 1gbps:

ethtool eth0
Settings for eth0:

This is really annoying as its been like this for over 24 hours, the only responce i had from a TECHNICAL staff was run mii-tool -r which didnt work.
I now get an email telling me that the ticket is complete, yet it isnt because I responded to the ticket to tell them basically what I have said above.

This really needs to be sorted as i am not getting the speeds which I am paying for and its really annoying!
