you need to own a domain name, if you do all you need to do is crate an a record for the ip and in your ovh manager you will find the section to resolve the ip than in the ovh manager go into services and ipv4 reverse

Is it possible to change the 'resolve IP' name?

Currently it just gives the name of my server. Can that be changed to say name a website or something?

How difficult is it to do?
