Where in the terms does it say more than 2 servers have to pay yearly?

Whenever I order more than 2, just takes a day or more (up to 3 sometimes) to get the OK from manager (never found out who, someone said it was Oles though :S)

I had 3 servers at one point and never paid yearly. The rule was you were only allowed ONE new server a month to stop resellers. I doubt that rule still applies given the number of people now reselling.
