And may I ask is I have a raid card ?
The MG SSD you've ordered was without RAID card. So it should be delivered in soft RAID configuration, both SSD drives in mirror

Hi

Server address or order number? I can only see an 'to be' validated US account.

Wow I just gave up on the partitioning and went into windows. I ordered a server with E5504's and 24gb ddr3 ram... I got E5405's with 16gb ddr2 ram... un-acceptable.

I'd hang in there, provision seems the worst part of the process. I think most will agree that the hardware and network is pretty rock solid and reliable once you get there.

I emailed customer support, and sent a ticket in. In the rescue pro screen sdb1 seems to be damaged. When I try to submit incidents it logs me out and does nothing.
We were seriously considering doing business with OVH but with he quality of service and the quality of the services looking like they are, this possibility seems slim to none.

If you have the LSI card try:

tw_cli show

Mine is c4 rather than c0

I think you should be using megautil... Have you a ticket number? Or just email us with your servername.

I dont know how I got the 09 version as it isn't listed on the website anymore. But lets get down to business, I lurked abit on the forums, found some QQ threads and the such, also found how to put my server into raid 0. But from what I am seeing in my putty console it looks like I dont have a raid card of any kind !

Can someone enlighten me, or at least make sure I am not wrong or I am missing something here, I really need raid 0 ( I know if one fails **** will hit the fan but thats why I have offsite backup on a raid 10 config that backs up to it every 2 hours...) So please tell me that I am wrong and they have started to use raid controllers other than 3ware and lsi or I will be disapoint.
