Paid For Server but NOT reactivated

Hi

There have been a few payments that have been accepted but have not been processed. We know exactly which payments these are, you can contact us though if you want to be sure. The servers will not go offline, but it maybe tomorrow when you receive the invoice.

They have reactivated the server now!
Just gotta wait for teh date to be updated and receive the invoice paid email!

i know normal members cant do anything, but sometimes actual staff check the forums and are able to help a bit faster!

this as a reactivation not new order!
I have made payment and funds have been taken, but there is no confirmation email of payment, no suspension lock removal ( normally happens within 5 mins of paying for a suspended server )

AFAIK, activations are manual and queued in order? Longest with mine was 4 hours.

Have you checked your junk/spam email folder?

Generally funds are taken upon payment, So theirs nothing wrong in that department.

It normally takes anything from 24 - 72 Hours to provision a server, However in most case's its 24 - 48 Hours depending on hardware availability and fraud screening.
