Yeah, but it's still £50/month which is the cost of the drive itself then they expect you to keep paying it month after month. It might be managed but hell, you can get a Kimsufi with a 1TB drive for less! Think about it...

1TB for £50/month + VAT? Come on the drives cost that to buy outright. You can't possibly expect someone to pay that price per month. Oh and I'm guessing you'll also need the professional use option as well to use it...

Good evening,

We've done beta testing of two storage technologies:
- An offering called beta dC NFS
- An offering called storage-HA-HA or NFS

We thank you for the feedback and issues.
We still have some cosmetic finishing touches to do.

It is therefore time to produce these 2 technologies
for dedicated servers. We can indeed offer the same
technical solution for all customers having a
dedicated server and the "cloud" version of these
two technologies.

Before that, we will:
- Toggle the beta test dC NFS to the final routing infrastructure
which is the same as the storage-HA. this will be done
tomorrow during the day with a downtime of about 3 minutes
- From Wednesday's all beta testers will be able to subscribe.
- Thursday while those who do not wish to continue using
the service will be suspended
- Friday's data will be erased
- At Storage-HA, we are already in the configuration
production and announcing the end of beta test has already been
sent.

The supply, service and price

For customers of dedicated servers, OVH will present 4 storage offers:
- NAS 100GB, shared, 99.9% for £9.99 +VAT / month
- SPINNING 1TB, dedicated, 99.9% for £49.99 +VAT / month
- SAN-HA 300GB dedicated, 100.0%, for £199.99 +VAT / month
- SYSTEM-HA 3.6TB, private, 100.0%, for £1999.99 +VAT / month

This includes the deals in the snapshot (in case of human error,
to erase a file, you can find a copy from 1 hour ago) and 2 backups:
a room on another media
(For an immediate recovery in the event of a major disaster
loss of 2 drives in a RAID-1) and one backup
remote data center to another and another media
(in case the data center blows up).
