They seem to be advertising both XeHost and XeSupport from their "XeSolutions" Twitter account (http://twitter.com/#!/xesolutions). The XeSolutions website also include XeDesigns division. So I'd hardly call that a "cover up" if they advertise it

I think they simply keep XeHost and direct customers in one division, and outsourced support (to other companies) as well as their own reseller accounts are done through XeSupport. Make sense, IMO.

But why not ask Sean directly yourself? Any decent CEO would be willing to give an explanation, if you ask.

I think you have missed the point i was trying to make.

XeSupport & XeHost have the same CEO.

However both of the usernames on WHT seem to contradict one another.


So Sean the CEO states that his company XeHost uses XeSupport for his reseller clients end user support, Yet the rep of XeSupport seems to state differently.

Do you think this is a cover up so the bad name of XeSupport doesnt go with XeHost?

After all XeSupport have had 2 negative reviews on WHT within a matter of days.

The reasons do seem plausible for what they have stated, without knowing and seeing more about them, I wouldn't be able to comment further.

Over the last few months i have kept a close eye on a company which i "was" going to proceed to do business with in the future, However their blatant lies on WHT have put me off.
