They seem to be advertising both XeHost and XeSupport from their "XeSolutions" Twitter account (http://twitter.com/#!/xesolutions). The XeSolutions website also include XeDesigns division. So I'd hardly call that a "cover up" if they advertise it
I think they simply keep XeHost and direct customers in one division, and outsourced support (to other companies) as well as their own reseller accounts are done through XeSupport. Make sense, IMO.
But why not ask Sean directly yourself? Any decent CEO would be willing to give an explanation, if you ask.
