Before you go ahead an enable ipv6, make note that firewall rules are not the same.
you will have to set ipv6 firewall.

also, check which kernel version you are running with , uname -r
make sure you either got the latest ovh kernel, or the latest patch version for your current kernel.

OVH already has full ipv6 support.
Each server comes with its own /64, which you can see in the ovh manager.
