Hi

Although DMCA's are for USA only, if the evidence in the DMCA can be verified and breaks our Terms of Service then we may act upon it. Also the EU has Copyright Directive which is similar to the DMCA and has to be acted upon.

DMCA notices only apply to servers hosted in USA.

I think it applies only for USA material but can be issued to anyone worldwide. Whether you have to lawfully follow it or not if you're outside of the US I'm not sure.

Whats the position with OVH regarding DMCA?

I thought this piece of trash only applied to the USA yet I have seen the odd post or two mentioning DMCA notices.
