that's correct: we can't keep the server unused in the rack for that long. After a max 10 days for kimsufi and a bit longer for pro servers, we keep your server just in case you come to renew it.

OVH keep it in offline mode for 5 days for you to pay, then it's wiped and reallocated to another customer. Your server will not be reserved and you will need to pay the setup fee again.

hello i have my 12gb dedicated server under expiration my server will expire by tomorrow so if i dont pay my bill my server will be taken off my ovh or will be with me in expiration mode?
i am asking as i will need that server after 6 months so again buying will charge me 50 GBP again so if i dont pay the bill and keep with me i can renew after 6 months and use it again without paying setup fees again
