what is this?!
i am trying to submit a High priority ticket and it wont let me.
my server switchport got limited to 10Mbit with no good reason.
and i get the error on the manager :
No valid Support PLUS option found, "high" level not allowed
what does this mean? i dont have fast support for my server?
it's a network switch fault , nothing on my side 100%
so now if ill have any kind of problem , the wait time is 48 hours ?
no more quick tickets?
I used to be able to file in a critical ticket for all my servers with no issue, what's going on here ?!
