No valid Support PLUS option found, "high" level not allowed

you should be able to open tickets with Normal and High priority. The Critical priority tickets are only for customers with VIP support:

Those of you that cannot open High tickets, what servers do you have? Is it kimsufi or Pro servers?

I just hit the same problem. I couldn't select High priority even though my problem fits the criteria.

Yeah whats with that... I can only do the lowest one now (48hrs)

the nic is limited at the switchport ... not at the server :\

and i have sent this ticket via the incident ticket page, not the standard customer support.

have you got the same issue ( not able to submit high/crit ticket? ).

Have you tried forcing 1Gbps?

You won't get a reply from standard customer support until Monday.

what is this?!
i am trying to submit a High priority ticket and it wont let me.

my server switchport got limited to 10Mbit with no good reason.


and i get the error on the manager :
No valid Support PLUS option found, "high" level not allowed

what does this mean? i dont have fast support for my server?
it's a network switch fault , nothing on my side 100%

so now if ill have any kind of problem , the wait time is 48 hours ?
no more quick tickets?

I used to be able to file in a critical ticket for all my servers with no issue, what's going on here ?!
