Kernel panics

Hey guys,

could anyone help me troubleshoot a kernel panic issue happening on a VPS node on a proxmox host?

Basically happens every 1-2 days now, and I'm trying not to do the whole rebuild deal.

Host is a proxmox 1.7 fully updated box, kimsufi i7-2t.

Only a single VPS on the box right now, cpanel 11.28.83, kernel 2.6.18-194.32.1.el5, 6GB RAM, 2 cpu sockets, 3 cores / socket.

Load wise nothing out of the normal. Cpanel have set up a script to monitor the box every minute and directly before the kernel panic there's nothing significant going on - plenty of free ram, no swap usage, very low cpu usage, normal network traffic.

Could anyone help me out?

Thanks!
