Do you also receive the emails saying that your server is offline or is it port numbers? Our monitoring service is highly accurate so should not send false reports.

Has anyone else been receiving false SMS monitoring alerts?

All of my boxes are setup with OVH monitoring on core services, together with SMS alerts if they go down.

I've received alerts when i've been at my machine, and checked on that status of the service within seconds & they're always alive and well.

This has happened more times than I can count before, but has happened alot tonight too.

I wouldnt mind so much if I hadnt paid for each text already, plus the fear of "Crap, something died" - But its never true
