we apologise for that. It was a mistake. We always mean to communicate with the customers with the language they chosen in the manager. In this case, there was a bug and the email and we're working so it doesn't happen again.

Definitely, let us know when anything like this happens.

When I open a ticket:
Dear Customer

We have replied to your question.

You can read about our response at this address:
Obviously, there's no reply.

It would be good to reword this to something like
Dear [name]

Thank you for your ticket request, a representative will be assigned to this ticket in due course.

oles, you do know that translators are available for hire right? I mean, considering how much money OVH Ltd is making, you could just hire someone in UK...who can read and write English well and happens to speak french to translate for you full time.

Common OVH again from a u send out french information what use is this ? once again yeh yeh we keep going on about it but it needs to e said sometime fed up translating it.
