I've purchased a new domain from another registrar, I've set the NS servers to dns18.ovh.net and ns18.ovh.net. what should I do in the manager to get the domain working with my hosting at OVH?

Can I ask when did you change the name servers to the OVH nameservers?

If you haven't made any DNS changes within the zone file in the OVH manager then the web traffic will point to the either the shared server IP address or go to OVH web page.

But any name server changes or edits to the DNS zone file will take effect within 24/48 hours DNS propagation.

If this still doesn't work or your domain is not resolving then please call us or send us an email so that we can investigate for you.
