Heehee! One thing, I would gather they'd frown upon the logo (in likeness of...).

I will check with the legal team to see what can be done, but I guess it cannot have the OVH name in it....
Thanks Neil, I really appreciate it.

Anyhow, how about running it again under a different username? I used it...

Happy to do this if OVH staff can confirm that it is just the use of the trademark they object to, rather than anything else.

Hi

Unfortunately because of fraudulent accounts using our trademark on twitter, we have decided to review our policy on social communities which means we had to shut down any unofficial accounts :-(

Sorry

Just a quick message to alert any of OVHuk's 120+ followers that the account has been permanently disabled by Twitter following a trademark infringement report lodged by OVH. Fair enough.

For anyone that hasn't seen @OVHuk before: I wrote a script to parse the UK news forum and tweet links to any new posts with their respective titles. I found it pretty useful since news is always only posted to the forums and I don't visit as often as I used to.

I'm happy to liberate the hacky PHP source to OVH staff if they want to continue it under any official guise
