Is that an IP from RIPE? If so, what you can do is request a Failover IP (max 3 per server). And with some luck it'll start to become pingable, strange but it has happened to me before.

hello
am having some issues with adding additional IP and just want to confirm what kind of a error this is if anyone knows i would be very greatful
basiclaly the ip i selected to use a service hasnt worked and i think that the the error currently showing then what it does is that it goes to the next available ip which is the main one.
please advise
