yes, with that invoice, the consumption of your miniClouds from the beginning have been deducted from your loyalty points account. Just putting things up to date.

From now and on, this invoicing will be monthly, and there won't be any downtime. That is, as long as you have enough points in your loyalty account to pay for the consumption of the previous month.

Cheers Neil. Glad the Devs fixed it too.

Hi

Yes when we generated the invoices for MiniClouds it also deducted the use, when actually you had already been deducted for every hour that you had used already, which was corrected soon afterwards.

Sorry

I haven't gotten a reply to my e-mail to customer services, but apparently it did get noticed. For some reason, I was invoiced for all the hours my mC's had been running since the beginning of this year or so, so I take its a billing hiccup.

The invoice is now marked as "paid" and all is well again, but would've been nice to have received a response as to why this happened, rather than me speculating what it might have been...

Just 15 minutes before all the mC's went down, I transferred the last bit of data to a dedicated server. Talk about timing.

Woow, that's a lot of money.. And dang, during the weekend there is nobody here to help you out to get things going again.

Maybe you can contact OVH France directly or try to submit a ticket for the technical department?

Errr, guys. A loyalty points drop to a negative balance of £203?!?!? That's quite impressive for a couple mC's that usually take pennies a day.

And of course all the mC's have been stopped and can't be restarted (even though you gladly took my money for additional loyalty points). Great start to the weekend...
