If its Virgin Media, then maybe you can PM forum member phillip who also has reported problems,

But you can see via weathermap etc that our network is not saturated.

It probably is Virgin, I've heard reports that their LINX connections are saturated.

Hi

Don't know if it’s just me or not. Ever since the server was delivered I have always had slow FTP speeds (From Server to FTP Client) I can only get 1.7Mbps max download from Server. Is there some throttling here?
