Hello,
For several months I have been running FTP backups to:
ftpback-xxxx-xxx.ovh.net
The script I use uses ncftp. For the last few days the ncftp script has been failing with the following error:
Lost data connection to remote host: Broken pipe.
ncftpput 2.tar.gz: socket write error.
I believe this error is caused by the server ftpback-rbx3-142.ovh.net dropping the connection. Edit - I found that I ran out of space on the server
Actually got 1/2 way through this post and discovered that the backup is greater than 8,235Mb remaining space.
So if anyone else gets the error message you know what the issue is.
