I believe the servers are unmanaged this means they will not go onto your server and configure/look at programmes for you its all down to you. Unless of course your server wasnt responding due to a software issue then they would do something i assume. Have you tried re installing your torrent client?. I really highly reccomend using utorrent if your not already also make sure you set max connections to a high number.

i cnt fill a help ticket out as it is in french !!!!!!

but my bittorrent client isnt woring well while seeding my linux torrents seems to drop the peers connects to the peers for like 5 secs then drops them and my display is messed up as well its gone very werid
