You will also need an AS Number, I think you get this from RIPE themselves but don't hold me on that.

If you could afford to do all this then you could more than likely afford a full rack in a DC with your own servers.

He's talking about the traceroute

@OP

On all the IP's OVH give you, a viewer will always get

ISP of this IP [?]: Ovh Systems

Thanks. Does it cost anything? (apart from the cost of the IP's of course)

Maybe there is another way? I know some companies that will do it for a $75 setup fee.

Not cheap. To just signup costs thousands. And am sure they will announce you're ip's, not sure though

Really? How much would that cost plus does OVH do it?

You need you're own network to do that. And you're own ip's via RIPE LIR and you're own routers

http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/94.23.122.133

ISP of this IP [?]: Ovh Systems
Organization: OVH SAS
Host of this IP: [?]: ams-5-6k.nl.eu[Whois] [Trace]

I want the ISP and Organization to show my websites name instead of OVH.

Is it possible for me to get my own domain name on the Relative Distinguished Name (RDN) on IP traces so that people think I own the servers rather than it saying OVH?

For instance if I ordered my own c block would that be possible?
