When he says 'only count', he means count as in count towards the allowance, they obviously still count all the other traffic, but only in the literal sense.

When it comes to the monthly traffic allowance, we only count "OVH to Internet" traffic. Not "OVH to OVH" or "Internet to OVH".

Incoming isn't metered or measured on the general page, though you can find out inbound traffic from the MOM API.

I was wondering - is OVH's bandwidth metering only on outgoing bandwidth - incoming being unmetered, or is it joint between outgoing and incoming?
