Everything is setup correctly as i can access it from 28 monitoring nodes and from 28 i can't which is totally random, i have changed the IP to one provided from RIPE by OVH and it works perfectly fine, so it seems like a problem with the included IP by OVH only.

Anyway this is sorted now by changing the IP,

Those tests are done on port 80 of your IP. So ensure that the web server (on port 80) is functioning properly, as well that any firewall/filters are configured properly.

Hello All,
I recently started using ip failover's for my VPS nodes, however it seems that some of the IP's are not reachable from like half of the world,
here is an example of the test i performed :

also have customers complaining about this issue,
