if you live in UK and you are UK man, why you order in FR ?
you have to use UK website, not FR to order. All your orders
will be blocked on FR website since we detect that you order
the dedicated server on the wrong website.

If the availability time is written as 1 hour, then as long as there no installation problems, it will be delivered within this time, as in the majority of cases.

In this case there were some installation problems . This is why it took a couple of hours instead of just one.

I hope that OVH can solve all the problems because I have a great feedback from the products but the costumer service have a lot of work to be done.

Were is that written? I have paid yesterday for 2 more servers not knowing about that... It have passed 24 hours and I have not received a feedback on the second or the third one... That's really too bad...

And I'm not a UK costumer, the costumer is French.

- wait next month
- pay the server for 1 year

We have to do it since we have to control our business.
And try to sell our dedicated server to lot of customers
and not sell lot of servers for some customers.

what is your order ?

if you are UK's customer paying on French website you are pushed
to the queue for payement check. It takes a long time to be checked.
You should order your dedicated server on UK's website. Not french.

To buy services from OVH we have to live in a limited list of country's, since one of my employee is from France, he bought the server's.

Just waiting for the other 2 servers so I can start working.

Because your paiement must be manually validated (and because people don't work sunday). But why did you buy from the french site ?

- Why does the ticket system doesn't work?
The ticket system has a bad reputation, it's true.. and now they are upgrading it. But oles said on this forum that there will be an english support separeted from the main one (soon).

I have bought a server from the French website and I have some questions and "problems". Can someone of the staff help me?

- Why are the dedicated servers with a setup estimated time of 1 hour and I get more that 24 hours?

- Why does the ticket system doesn't work? I send e-mails that take too long to get a reply and when someone answer me, sometimes the problem is already solved. For example, today I received an e-mail asking for document's that I have already sent, that were to activate my server and the server is up and running since Friday.

Today I have bought 2 more servers and I get no feedback, since OVH close early, is there a international phone number to call? And is there a reason to this delay?
