Why do you want a specific location? For a teamspeak server it won't matter.

More cosmetic than anything, team speak shows the flag of the country and as much of the clan are Dutch, nice little touch also means if you search for public ones in same country will pick up .NL

As a belgian customer i ordered a UK ip, and minutes after i paid it was active.

I don't think they personaly investigate every IP. So try it and it propably will work.
