Yes, indeed. The mC Cloud is paid by using the loyalty points.

Who the hell called them loyalty points.....
OVH did But yes, I can understand this can be confusing. Something like "credit tokens" would have been more appropriate in this case.

Hi,
Since 3 days I receive email from OVH telling me that, basically I'm loosing points on my loyalty scheme....

Dear Sir / Madam,

The number of points on your loyalty scheme is
the threshold that you have set is:

your customer ID (NIC) : xxxxxxx-ovh
the balance of your account : 920 point(s)
the threshold alert limit : 1000 point(s)

You can credit your account or change the value of your threshold alert from within your Manager.

It was 990, then 970, 950 and now 920... Is there something I should do ? I saw there is a way to buy loyalty points but why would I need to buy some ?
I thought loyalty points are meant to reward customers ?
Am I doing something wrong, what should I check ?

In my account statement there is this for feb 2012, not sure if it's related :

Date Type Description Order Amount New balance
prevu reserve Reserve pour le sous compte cloud * -4092 *

Thanks for your help
