You should use the login "root" - by default the mini cloud instances are set up with the root user.

can anyone please explain to me hoew to connect to a minicloud using putty?

i have created the key and saved it in putty format, created a cloud which uses that key and started it.

now i open putty and enter the ip address, in connection -> ssh -> auth i choose the .ppk file and connect. using login ovh returns:

login as: ovh
