PayPal 1.50 "processing fee"

To be frank, it is not much.

Taking paypal means days for transfers to go in and pay their bills, it also means costs for admins to do such work.
It also costs them to take the money and possibly more than they pay now.

It will save my life when I really need it so 99p is nothing, I do have a paypal card so I am fine but always wanted them to take paypal since my business works with this all the time, many of times I had to call them to give me a day or two for a bank transfer to go in!

I had the access card in UK until they cut me off for using it too much and would not validate my identification to increase limits.

Banks are better imo. Don't mess about.

Also the access card got hit hard during anonymous attacks on MasterCard. There was many days when I could not use the card for hours at a time.

I say its not worth paying a processing fee as paying by all other means are free! I would use the paypal methord if it was free.

It is cheaper to use card than use PayPal.

Takes 3 days to move cash around but 20-30 servers it adds up.

I see a lot of variation in the fees charged, can you supply us with the calculation used to deduce fee please (charge per item, % of total etc)

Hi

It does not breach the terms of service and it is not a flat fee, it depends on the amount. We just addon handling the transaction.

Considering they take such a cut for doing so little I totally support having to pay a processing fee for using paypal.

Also it says 2 for me so I'm guessing it changes based on the cost.

If you don't want to pay the processing fee, don't use it...

I think the processing fee is acceptable. For those with nothing but paypal it allows them to buy servers. For those who can use other methods they are best to do so.

Only if you say it is because of Paypal. If you just say processing fee, they can't complain :P

Dream on. It's cheaper to grab a PayPal mastercard and do it that way.
