Do you know how hard it is to diagnose a fault rather than a failure? That's why it took them so long. I had plenty of alert e-mails myself this morning and a few people asking what was going on. It wasn't that wide spread though, only Roubaix -> London.

Thank god, i thought i had broken something on ubuntu as i was doing work on it when it crapped out then it went all slow.

Nagios woke me up, saw a server totally unreachable/flakey. No status reports. Weathermap all grayed out!

Seems to be rectified (for) now (touch wood).
