While this is true, the legal owner will remain the same, and should said person which to retrieve the server at a future date, they will be able to, this is why we suggest formally changing the owner.

ownership change can be done through subsidiaries through the ownership change procedure:

and after it's been accepted, you can change the rest of the nichandles for the server:

OVH Manager >> choose you service >> Administration >> Contacts

just as the topic states. is there any way u can transfer over servers full ownership to another nic handle that is on a different subsidiary?

like .ie -> .uk or .fr -> .uk or .uk -> .fr or .fr -> .es etc
