We use PRTG for network monitoring (

http://www.uptimerobot.com/ as well as a backup.

Blacklisting is where the IP addresses are block to prevent abuse etc. Bit of a **** up if they did that to their entire network!

I too witness this, and what exactly does "OVH blacklisted their own backbone" mean?
Couldn't connect to any of my servers, our site/forums were down...multiple users reported issues.
Have a look at
http://status.ovh.co.uk/. No network outages were reported for my sites today.

All I heard is that OVH blacklisted their own backbone...
I don't know if anyone else was affected, but it seems like there was a massive network failure this afternoon - all my servers [4] lost connectivity with the UK, and ovhuk/com/fr were all down for a while..
