Problem: BT Infinity Routing to OVH

Best guess is this is spanning from the various issues at LINX that Oles says are still ongoing (he replied to a tweet yesterday). It's not something OVH can fix, it's an issue with something at LINX he said.

this is still going on i keep losing connection from ovh ts server and can not connect to the remote pc for about another 15mins
and all back to normal seems to happen late at night

Hi

Have not any other reports, can you do a traceroute from your server toyour BT IP and to your server from BT and send an email with your nic handle and server to customersupport@ovh.co.uk ?

Hi All,

Since Monday 2nd July I have been unable to reach my OVH Server.

On IP 176.31.98.x subnet.

Tried e-mailing support and got a stupid French response back which I could not be bothered trying.

So OVH why make reporting issues such a problem to you???
