Server issue

if the server is really down (no pings), and intervention should happen within SLA anyway. When you say the server is down do you really mean not pinging or some of its services not responding?

Normally, the intervention would be automatic for not pinging server, but if it is pinging but there is some other kind of software issue, then it would probably be on your side to fix, either through ssh or through rescue mode:

You'll be lucky to get support on a weekend. Just be patient and try out the stuff I mentioned.

Wait, sadly
OVH is a bare bones provider, they only support hardware/network issues, you usually have to diagnose the problem yourself.

Can you ping the server? If so, is it returning a lot of packet loss?
Have you tried a hard reboot from the manager?
Have you tried vKVM to diagnose the issue?

Try those and see how you get on.

My server went down around 50 minutes ago, I received an intervention email which someone reported as OK and closed the ticket.

However it has not come back online and is going green to blue constantly on http://status.ovh.nl/vms/index_rbx4.html

I have tried putting on the ticket it isnt back online but not receiving any response or help.

What should I do now?
