One is in rack 24D20 and the other is in 12D07 if that's any help, it was down for around 8 minutes - though it seemed longer than that..

Is it on vss-2-6k by any chance?
There is an ongoing fault with that. When I last checked they said they had replaced the faulty part.
I can access fine using BeUnlimited but not Virgin Media
It looks like its a particular port on the dodgy device
As of 15:04 I have lost all connection to my servers - looks like another network failure..
