In fact its got worse. I did have access to my management console so I could still get to my data to recover it. This has now gone too. Not only now do I no longer have access to the servers, I can no longer access the data on the storage either.
I cannot even do any data recovery to another server.

I've just discovered and still am, that the OVH private cloud service is just as vulnerable as a Kimsufi when it comes to balls ups.
Essentially, my private cloud is down, has been for well over half an hour and I'm clueless and so is OVH as to when it will be back up.
Its a billing issue, not that I owe them a penny on it and not that it is expired, its an error but an error that non the less has resulted in my PCC now being down.
Moreover, I was geting these emails threatening to cut it off so I contacted them yesterday for an assurance, which I was given that this situation would not arise.
Lets see what happens if I try and raise it as a level 1 network unavailable issue.
