English support?

for support in English, you can contact's Customer Support (mail or phone). And that's Mon-Fri, working hours.

Apart from that, you've got the incident line, which would help you open a ticket 24/7, and few more things, but not as many things as the Customer Support. Mainly, they can open a ticket for you over the phone, and add information to existing tickets.

But in any case, if you're talking about a ticket, that's up to the engineers. And if it's a Level 2 ticket that requires reparation, there is no maximum time of response, it'd all depend on the particular case.

There is a difference in the support between kimsufi and ovh servers, both in the Customer Support and in the Incident Ticket system: kimsufi don't have telephone support, only email, and they have low priority compared to ovh server issues, both in the Customer Support and the Incident Tickets.

Indeed, adding VIP support to an account, speeds up all the replies and steps up the priority, with either Kimsufi or ovh servers.

OVH/Kimsufi free support is the same, they only respond fast when you pay them for VIP Support!

So I've been waiting another 24 hours for an answer to a ticket, what is the recommended way to get support for services (can't find the thread that asked this before :/).?
