Have you tried a hard reboot from the manager first? Tickets take a while to get looked at so if you have tried a hard reboot a phone call to OVH might help.

Yes i just tried that there now, did not work, i am going to ring ovh and find out if they can speed up my ticket being answered.

if you don't sumbit, it can't be answered. do you have
n° of incident ?

I have submitted a ticket over 24 hours ago, and I'm still awaiting for my for my problem to be resolved. I'm currently away at the moment, so my server is of great importance to me.

I'm truly disgusted with the level of support people receive, when a problem arises over the weekend.

Could be due to the DNS problems they are having at the moment?

According to http://travaux.ovh.net/ its resolved...but its not... ;(

My dedi cant get www. to anything at the moment and wont even resolve www.bbc.co.uk

Any ETA on when this will actually be fixed?

Perform a hard reboot through the manager. If it stops responding to pings OVH should perform an intervention on it to see why it has gone down.
