Is it possible to use the licence to have Windows Server 2012 installed as a virtual machine in XenServer instead of natively on the hardware?

I used windows server for a few days and I did not like it so I went back to Server 2008

What is the reason for the root account with the ssh software running on the server?

That worked! For some reason my copy+paste from the email was the failure point!!

I go a bit further than that & create a new account, place it in the Administrators group, then disable the default Administrator account, reason being the default account is the first one anyone tries to brute-force their way in to.

I also change the port RDP listens on

Just ordered a server with Windows 2012 Standard on it.

The initial email has given me some SSH login details. What do I need to do to enable Remote Desktop?
