These are the time table for the support during the festive season:
24/12: normal support but closing at 3pm
25/12: support is closed but there will be email support
26/12: support is closed but there will be email support
31/12: normal support but closing at 3pm
01/01: support is closed but there will be email support
For the rest of the days, it'll be the normal support, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
