Hi

If you sent us the procedure and we have not closed it, then there are normally two reasons:

- Documents were missing, if so we would of contacted you by email.
- We never received it, we always recommend you send procedure signed for, so that you can then see if we have received it.

Anyway if you have not set auto renewal and have not paid for it the hosting will automatically be closed.

It won't be capped, it's probably routing issues and 99% of the time it is caused by the ISP, not OVH. Virgin Media is known for it because they refuse to upgrade their peering.

You also have to understand how the TCP/IP protocol and the Internet in general works. 20Mbps on a single connection is considered GOOD. Now spare a thought for people who don't even have a connection that goes that fast (i.e. me with my 8Mbps ADSL).

For about 6 months ive blamed my ISP for my FTP being capped to 20mbps but after getting service in both the UK and norway I find it's YOU who is capping me.

so no more!

::edit:: I have now found the form and submitted it - thank you.
