I checked the hardware with rescue-pro in OVH Manager and didn't find any problems, but I did a OS reinstall a day ago anyway and I have not had a shutdown yet.
hopefully it will stay stable.
i had 3 of these things after 2 month ovh finally put new ram in after wasting my time yet again with the num skulls
Both check the memory and perform a virus scan!
I suspect, as Andy, that it's probably the memory but running a re-install could help to rule out infections.

I would recommend a hardware check on the server.
This page:
http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic40720.html seems to suggest faulty memory. I would contact OVH tomorrow by telephone and get the memory swapped or a new server setup for you.
In the meantime you could try a system re-install via the manager.
since getting my server with Win3K almost every hour it will shut down. this has been happening from the start before I installed anything on it
