100Mb vs 1000Mb servers and VRACK

yeah, the switches don't support fully the vlan configuration. Before, we use to say that SP support vrack functionality but with limited capabilities, but as it gave lots of problems to customers, it's better just not to offer it anymore altogether.

Probably more of a technical one, the switching they use for the SP range probably doesn't have the space to do VRACK stuff too.

I know that the SP range of servers canno any longer be put in a VRACK.

I'm just curious as to why this is, is it a business decision or a technical one?

I'm starting to now buy the same hardware for my own physical servers as the ones OVH is using. I've just ordered one of the boards, the Intel Desktop DH67BL. This only comes with one LAN port. Is this the reason for the VRACK issue?
