Terrible performance
Thanks
I bet they're super glad they moved to Juniper now. J LAN is as flaky as Extreme.

What was the problem? My route doesn't seem to have moved to the other LINX LAN.
We shutdown a port on LINX for now, you can follow the task here,

Is it better now?

Script kiddies are their DDoS fun again.

Hi
There are issues on LINX at the moment because of the recent attacks:
LINX Members, Following is an update including the action plan that we've adopted to address the consequences of the recent DDoS attacks against Cloudflare, that affected the Juniper peering LAN, AS5459 and the LINX internal network.
It can't be a peering issue. Same networks on both sides.

There does appear to be a datacenter wide issue, however downloading (HTTP) from my two servers in RBX4 to a BT infinity connection (Oxford) is running at ~8MBPS which is around what I expect (100mbit server).
Peering issue?

Were seeing similar results across all our servers in the RBX4 racks
Is anyone else seeing terrible performance to RBX4 from the UK (BT I)?
I'm getting to a few hundred kbps to my server from my 40/8Mbps VDSL. I can upload to the server at 8Mbps, though.
I get ~40Mbps to the OVH speed test and other OVH servers.
I get 100Mbps from my server to other locations.
I expect some ***** has fat-fingered the QoS configuration on the switches...
